Yes. Kausheyah is a brand of House of May India Pvt Ltd, a registered Authorised User of Silk Mark, the pure-silk label run by the Silk Mark Organisation of India under the Central Silk Board. The label confirms that the fabric is pure silk; each product page names the silk (mulberry) and its weight (23 momme) separately.

23 momme. Our fabric weighs about 100 grams per square metre, and one momme is about 4.34 g/m². The extra weight gives shirts and dresses more body and better coverage than lighter silks, though weave and finish matter as much as the number.

Many people with sensitive skin find silk comfortable, because its smooth filament surface creates less friction than rougher fabrics. Skin responds differently from person to person, so try one piece first if you react easily to fabrics.

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, or dry clean. Do not wring or machine dry. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Store folded in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
