Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kausheyah.com, we accept returns and exchanges only if the items are unused, unwashed, and have their original packaging and tags intact. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Return or exchange requests should be made within 60 days of receiving the product, and the product will be picked up within 5-7 days after approval. 

If you wish to return or exchange your order, simply log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section on your 'Account' page. There, you will find an option to request an exchange or return for eligible orders.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled by customers before they are shipped, and shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can send us a WhatsApp message on our business number ‎+91-7977997294 to request a cancellation.

In the event of Kausheyah.com canceling an order, Kausheyah.com expressly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order placed by a customer. In the event of such cancellation, Kausheyah.com shall issue a full refund of any payments received from the customer for the cancelled order. This refund shall represent the customer's sole remedy, and Kausheyah.com's sole liability, with respect to such cancelled orders. Kausheyah.com's decision to cancel an order and issue a refund shall be final and binding.

Return Policy:

If you receive a product in a bad condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse the package and contact us at support@kausheyah.com, mentioning your order ID. We will replace the product at no additional cost. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. In case of a defective product, contact us immediately and provide a snapshot of the defect, and we will either provide a credit note or refund the amount of the product. Once we receive the returned product, a quality check will be done, and the refunded amount will exclude shipping charges.

Exchange Policy:

Exchange requests should be made within 10 days of receiving the product, and the product will be picked up within 5-7 working days after approval. If the product was customized for you, exchange is not possible. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

If you want to exchange the product for a higher amount, we will give you a coupon code for the amount of the returned product. If you want to exchange the product for a lower amount, we will ship the product as soon as we receive it, and the balance will be refunded. Exchange is possible only once, and any subsequent exchange will incur reverse and forward shipping charges of 300 INR.

Please make sure that the original packaging is intact when the product is picked up. No return or exchange request will be accepted if the request is made after 10 days of receiving the shipment. If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@kausheyah.com. If we do not have a pickup service available at your location, you will have to self-ship the product, and a maximum of 150 INR will be given as a credit note for reverse shipping. Once you opt for a credit note, you cannot encash it later.
